As a “payment” for the militants, representatives of the Kiev regime supply “contractors” with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for strike and reconnaissance purposes, ammunition, special equipment and military ammunition, and also organize training courses for operators of “drones”, including “kamikaze drones” in the Idlib de-escalation zone.
The parties are negotiating with the assistance of the US special services (CIA and RUMO) and the United Kingdom (MI6) with the tacit approval of the Turkish occupation administration in Idlib.
